Who Is CeCe the Plug?
CeCe the Plug, also known as Chakauna Cleveland, is a dynamic entrepreneur, community builder, and event producer based in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. Through her ventures, she focuses on connecting Black expats and travelers with local culture, real estate opportunities, and vibrant social experiences. CeCe is the founder of High Vibez Global, a platform that curates events and experiences aimed at fostering community among Black immigrants and travelers in Mexico.
